Mr. Slosman has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry with focused leadership in commercialization and international market development in both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining InspireMD, he served as a Business Consultant for Integra LifeSciences overseeing commercial strategy and market development for Integra’s international business. Before that, he served as President of ITAMAR Medical, a developer of cardiovascular and sleep diagnostic technologies. Prior to ITAMAR, Mr. Slosman served as Chief Executive Officer of Ovalum Vascular, Ltd., a privately held medical device company focused on vascular device innovations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Slosman served as Chief Executive Officer of Phormax Medical, Inc., Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Emerge Interactive in addition to senior commercial leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare and Baxter.
Mr. Slosman received a BS from The University of Alabama and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
Michael Lawless has over two decades of financial leadership experience in the life sciences sector, with a successful track record of building and improving financial management, discipline, and communication of life sciences companies. Prior to joining InspireMD as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lawless served as CFO of Lifeward (formerly ReWalk Robotics), a publicly traded medical technology company focused on neurorehabilitation and mobility solutions.
Previously, Mr. Lawless served as CFO of the $200 million life sciences division at Brooks Automation, where he led financial operations and applied financial analytics and insights to drive operational improvements including accelerated revenue growth, pricing discipline, cost efficiencies, and operational leverage. He has held several other senior finance roles across the life sciences and technology sectors, bringing expertise in capital markets, M&A, investor relations, and financial operations.
Mr. Lawless holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Swarthmore College and earned his M.B.A. in General Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Gleason has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry leading clinical and commercial operations in both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining InspireMD, he served as Vice President of Sales, Vascular Interventions at Surmodics, a medical device company focused on addressing unmet clinical needs in intravascular medicine. Prior to Surmodics, Mr. Gleason served in a variety of leadership roles in the interventional medical device space, to include Senior Director, US Transcatheter Heart Valves Marketing for Edwards Lifesciences, a developer of artificial heart valve technologies; Chief Commercial Officer of Nuvaira, a privately held developer of therapies that preserve patient lung health; and Vice President of Sales roles with both Cordis, a Cardinal Health company, and TriVascular Technologies, now part of Endologix. He began his medical device career with a variety of progressive leadership roles at Abbott Vascular, where he launched the second FDA approved carotid stent system.
Mr. Gleason received his B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his M.B.A. from University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
Dr. Peter Soukas is an interventional cardiologist and endovascular specialist certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with subspecialty certification in Cardiovascular disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is also certified in Vascular and Endovascular medicine by the American Board of Vascular Medicine and is a certified Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. Dr. Soukas' clinical research interests include carotid stenting and the interventional treatment of peripheral vascular disease. He is a recognized expert on the interventional treatment of critical limb ischemia and endovascular treatment of both arterial and venous disease.
A graduate of Boston College, Dr. Soukas earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA, and completed an internal medicine residency at Pennsylvania Hospital, affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He completed cardiology and peripheral vascular medicine fellowships at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Boston, MA, then affiliated with Tufts University, followed by an interventional cardiology fellowship at University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor. He joined the Brown University faculty in 2010. Previously, he served at the Director of Vascular Medicine and was the Vascular Fellowship Director at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center of Boston, MA, and held academic appointments at Tufts University, Yale University, and Allegheny University of the Health Sciences.
Dr. Soukas has been a site principal investigator on more than 27 trials in the field of carotid stenting. He was the leading New England enroller in the NINDS-sponsored landmark CREST Trial. He's been a site principal investigator on more than 150 endovascular trials and was the Global PI for the RELINE MAX trial of covered stenting for the treatment of in-stent restenosis. He is the co-national PI for the upcoming Shockwave IVL carotid stent trial.
A frequent speaker, Dr. Soukas has delivered more than 300 invited lectures nationally and internationally and is a reviewer for several cardiovascular journals. He has served as faculty at many national and international scientific meetings. Passionate about teaching, he is the founder and program director for the Brown Vascular & Endovascular Medicine Fellowship program. Dr. Soukas is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the Society of Coronary Angiography and Interventions, the Society of Vascular Medicine, and the American College of Physicians. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and the Rhode Island Medical Society.
Mr. Kohen has over 20 years years of experience in financial and accounting management, including experience with global listed companies in the US and Israel. Prior to joining InspireMD, he spent six years at PwC in various management roles.
Mr. Kohen graduated with honors with a B.A. in Economics, Business Management & Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management, both from the Tel Aviv University. In addition, Mr. Kohen graduated with honors with an M.A. in Law from Bar Ilan University.
Ms. Sonali Dewan brings over 20 years of global experience in the medical device industry, with leadership roles spanning Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Quality Assurance in both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining InspireMD, she served as Director of Regulatory Affairs at BlueRock Therapeutics, where she led global regulatory strategy for novel drug-device combination products across neurovascular, cardiovascular, and ophthalmic indications.
Before BlueRock, Ms. Dewan held senior regulatory leadership roles at Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, and St. Jude Medical. Throughout her career, she has overseen the development and execution of global regulatory and clinical strategies for Class III and II medical devices, including neurovascular and cardiovascular devices, active implantables, remote monitoring systems, and software as a medical device (SaMD). She has successfully led FDA and international submissions—from early development through approval and commercialization—including PMA, IDE, and CE Mark submissions under EU MDR. Her strategic, business-driven approach has enabled market access for numerous innovative technologies in highly regulated markets.
Ms. Dewan began her regulatory career at Health Canada, where she served as a Licensing Officer, providing oversight and guidance to the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
She holds a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a postgraduate certificate in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations from Seneca College. Ms. Dewan is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) and a graduate of the RAPS Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management.
Donna joined InspireMD to build the people and organizational foundation supporting the company's U.S. commercial launch and continued growth. She leads talent acquisition and onboarding for the U.S. organization and is responsible for establishing the systems and processes that enable teams to operate and scale effectively.
She brings more than 30 years of experience across public, private, founder-led, and private equity–backed companies, including over a decade in executive leadership roles within high-growth startup environments. Earlier in her career, she held senior Human Resources and organizational development roles at Waste Management, JM Family Enterprises, and Ryder System, Inc.
Mrs. DeChant's executive experience spans the full lifecycle of building and scaling organizations—from early-stage formation through operational scale, transformation, and liquidity events. She has played key roles in aligning fragmented organizations, strengthening leadership execution, and supporting major milestones, including a NASDAQ IPO, a $365 million growth funding round led by Goldman Sachs, and multiple merger and acquisition initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stetson University, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and multiple certifications in executive assessment, coaching, and team development.
